Breakthrough 3.0 is a free, flexible leadership and business development programme for women (including trans and non-binary people) in East Sussex (excluding Brighton and Hove). It offers one-to-one mentoring, peer learning sessions, workshops and diagnostic support tailored to your needs. The programme is now fully subscribed and closed to new applicants as of November 2025.
