Scottish micro businesses and sole traders can get a £2,000 grant to scrap a vehicle that doesn't meet Low Emission Zone (LEZ) standards in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, or Dundee. You must operate within 20km of one of these LEZs and dispose of the vehicle through an authorised facility. After disposing of the vehicle, you can also apply for an additional £1,000 to buy a cargo or eCargo bike.
