Path 2 Apprenticeships is a free training programme of up to 16 weeks designed to help people aged 19–29 who are unemployed or on Universal Credit get ready for an apprenticeship. The programme covers digital and green skills, CV writing, and interview techniques, and guarantees participants an interview with an employer paying National Living Wage on completion. It is run by the West Midlands Combined Authority and is open to people across the West Midlands region.
