Summary

This grant offers small and medium-sized businesses up to £25,000 (covering up to 50% of costs) to help them move into empty ground-floor commercial premises in Paisley, Johnstone, Renfrew, Linwood or Erskine town centres. It can be used for fit-out costs, fixtures, marketing, rent, insurance and more. You must apply before spending any money on the project.
