Exchange Market is a funding scheme from the Soil Association that pays arable farmers up to £60 per tonne of CO2e they reduce each year, with 50% of payments given upfront. It's funded by companies wanting to lower emissions in their supply chains, so you'll need to be linked to a participating company as a supplier, tenant, or lending customer. Currently open to arable farmers only, with plans to expand to other farming sectors in future.
