The British High Commission in New Delhi and Tata Steel India are offering up to £80,000 across two grants for innovative low carbon hydrogen projects aimed at greening the industrial sector in India. Projects should be at least at pilot stage and will run for 9–12 months starting around November 2023. Successful applicants may also gain priority access to Tata Steel's integrated steel plant.
