This scheme helps Northern Ireland businesses improve their leadership by appointing an experienced, independent Non-Executive Director (NED) to their company board. It provides financial support of up to £10,000 (or 49% of eligible costs, whichever is lower) along with advisory support to find and engage the right NED. It is aimed at manufacturing and tradeable services businesses that are Invest NI clients or eligible to become one.
